Paint Night & Youth Mental Wellness

This free activity is offered in partnership with the Rural Ottawa Yout Mental Health Collective (ROYMHC) and Nepean Rideau Osgoode Community Resource Centre (NROCRC).

This is a free activity for youth age 12 and older.

There will be pizza offered during a brief chat about mental wellness with Quinn (NROCRC) and Meagan (ROYMHC) and then a paint night with one of YOMA's favourite instructors, Alexandria.
